    Registration Dos and Dont's


    • If you are new, have all your registration documents ready to upload including photo, passport or birth certificate.


    • Create additional accounts for additional family members. Register all players and parents under the username used to register the first player in your family. Creating additional accounts is not restricted by the system, however it will cause issues when rostering and making payments.
    Refund Policy

    Travel Program

    In order for us to organize our teams and meet state registration deadlines it is necessary for us to follow this refund policy without exception. Refunds are permitted if we are notified of the cancellation by the following dates:

    • $50 Tryout fee is non refundable
    • $250 deposit due upon acceptance of a roster spot is non refundable
    • Before August 1st, $750 refund (or credit if on payment plan)
    • Before January 15th, $500 refund (or credit if on payment plan)
    • Before February 15th, $250 refund (or credit if on payment plan)
    • After Feburary 15th, no refund (or credit if on payment plan)

    Premier Program

    • Refunds are not permitted once roster spot is accepted.
